A/C Heater Control

REMOVAL
1. Open hood.

2. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

3. Using a trim stick or equivalent, gently pry out the front power window switch from the instrument panel center bezel. Disconnect the harness connector and remove.

4. Remove the one center bezel retaining screw.

5. Pull off the HVAC control knobs.
6. Using a trim stick or equivalent, gently pry off the center bezel and remove.
7. Remove two screws retaining HVAC control.
8. Pull the HVAC control out of instrument panel.
9. Disconnect the one wiring connector, one vacuum harness connector, and the two control cables.
10. Remove control head from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Place the HVAC control in the instrument panel opening.
2. Connect two control cables.
3. Connect the vacuum harness connector.
4. Connect the one wiring connector.
5. Install the two screws retaining the HVAC control head.
6. Place the center bezel into position, lining up the fasteners with the slots and snap into place.
7. Install the HVAC control knobs.
8. Install the one center bezel retaining screw.
9. Connect the harness connector to the front power window switch. Align the front power window switch into the instrument panel center bezel opening and snap into place.
10. Connect the battery negative cable.
11. Close hood.
12. Verify vehicle and system operation.
