*BUS +/- SIGNALS OPEN FROM AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL MODULE

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Attempt to communicate with the BCM
- Ground circuit open
- Fused (B+) CKT open
- Ignition switch circuit open
- Open PCI bus circuit
- Automatic temperature control module
