Output Speed Sensor

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the output speed sensor connector (Fig. 390).
2. Unscrew and remove the output speed sensor.
3. Inspect the speed sensor o-ring and replace if necessary (Fig. 391).
INSTALLATION
1. Verify o-ring is installed into position (Fig. 391)
2. Install and tighten output speed sensor to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) torque.
3. Connect speed sensor connector (Fig. 390).
4. Connect battery negative cable.
