Brake Rotor Limits/Specifications

When refacing a rotor, the required TIR (Total indicator Reading) and thickness variation limits must be maintained.
Front Rotor Rotor Thickness 0.902-0.909 in.
Minimum Rotor Thickness 0.803 in.
Rotor Thickness Variation 0.0004 in.
Rotor Runout 0.005 in.
IR Total Indicator Reading (Measured On Vehicle)
Rear Rotor Rotor Thickness 0.344-0.364 in.
Minimum Rotor Thickness 0.285 in.
Rotor Thickness Variation 0.0005 in.
Rotor Runout 0.005 in.
TIR Total Indicator Reading (Measured On Vehicle)
