Intake Manifold Torque Specifications
LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Tighten intake manifold end seal retainer screws to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
2. Torque lower intake manifold bolts in 3 steps.
Step 1: Tighten all bolts in sequence to 1 Nm (10 in. lbs.).
Step 2: Tighten all bolts in sequence to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
Step 3: Tighten all bolts in sequence (again) to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD
Tighten intake manifold bolts in sequence to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
