Overhead Console Disassembly & Assembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. Position the overhead console on a clean surface, free from any objects that may scratch the exposed surface of the unit.
2. Remove the two screws holding the two halves of the overhead console assembly together.
3. Insert a small flat-bladed screwdriver through the holes in the upper housing and gently pry the retaining tabs free from the lower housing.
4. Disconnect the sunroof switch electrical connector (if equipped).
5. Remove the upper overhead console housing from the lower.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install the sunroof switch.
2. Snap the upper overhead console housing on the lower housing. Be certain no wires are pinched between the two.
3. Connect the sunroof switch electrical connector (if equipped).
4. Install the two screws holding the two halves of the overhead console assembly together.
