Accessory Switch Bezel

REMOVAL

Accessory Switch Bezel Location:

NOTE: The accessory switches are serviced separately, but the cigar lighter/power outlet is not.

1. Open hood.

Disconnect And Isolate Battery Negative Cable:

2. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
3. Remove the instrument panel center bezel.

Accessory Switch Bezel:

4. Remove two screws retaining the accessory switch bezel.

Accessory Switch Bezel Connectors:

5. Disconnect the harness connectors to the following:
- Rear Window Defogger Switch (if equipped)
- Traction Control Switch (if equipped)
- Cigar Lighter/Power Outlet
- Rear Windshield Washer/Wiper Switch

Accessory Switch Bezel Switch:

6. To remove switches from bezel, use both thumbs and slightly pull out on the two walls that are holding the switches.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: The accessory switches are serviced separately, but the cigar lighter/power outlet is not.

If replacing the accessory switch bezel, you must transfer the switches to the new bezel.
1. Reconnect accessory switch bezel connectors.
2. Reinstall switch bezel into instrument panel opening and install two retaining screws.
3. Reinstall instrument panel center bezel.
4. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
5. Close the hood.
6. Verify vehicle and system operation.
