B-Pillar Trim

B - PILLAR TRIM

REMOVAL




1. Remove front and rear door sill trim
2. Remove shoulder belt height control knob.
3. Remove bolt attaching turning loop to belt adjuster.
4. Remove bolt attaching lower seat belt anchor to floor pan kick-up.
5. Remove access cover from B-pillar trim.
6. Disengage clips attaching trim to B-pillar (1).
7. Feed seat belt turning loop and seat belt (5) through trim panel.
8. Remove lower B-pillar trim (4) from vehicle.
9. Remove upper B-pillar trim (3).

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Tighten all seat belt bolts to 40 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).




1. Align height adjuster to hole in B-pillar slider.
2. Install upper B-pillar trim (3).
3. Position lower B-pillar trim panel near B-pillar (1).
4. Feed seat belt turning loop and seat belt through trim panel.
5. Align locating pins on backside of trim panel to mating holes in B-pillar (1).
6. Push clips on trim panel into slots in B-pillar (1).
7. Install access cover to B-pillar trim.
8. Install bolt attaching turning loop to belt adjuster.
9. Install shoulder belt height control knob.
10. Install bolt attaching lower seat belt anchor to floor pan kick-up.
11. Install front and rear door sill trim.
