NOTE:
Either StarSCAN or StarMOBILE can be used to perform this recall. This procedure must be performed with release 7.03 or later. A CD containing software release 7.03 was sent to each dealer at the end of January, 2007. If the reprogramming flash for the PCM is aborted or interrupted, repeat the procedure.
