Removal
OIL PRESSURE SWITCH REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Raise vehicle on hoist.
3.
Remove the exhaust system.
4.
Remove the cross-under pipe (4).
5.
Remove heat shield (1) that covers oil pressure switch.
6.
Disconnect oil pressure switch electrical connector (1).
7.
Position an oil collecting container under switch location.
8.
Remove switch (2) by unscrewing from the engine block.
