Front Lamp Unit - Removal

REMOVAL - 300C AND MAGNUM





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Open hood and remove the two upper headlamp unit mounting screws.




3. The two upper retaining screws (1) are located just in front of the upper radiator cross-member.




NOTE: It may be necessary to loosen the side of the fascia to access the lower headlamp unit retaining screw Front Fascia - Removal.

4. Remove the one lower headlamp unit retaining screw.




5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
6. Separate headlamp unit from vehicle.
REMOVAL - CHARGER






1. On Charger models, the fascia must first be removed to gain access for the removal of headlamp unit and fasteners Front Fascia - Removal.




2. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
3. Open hood and remove the two upper headlamp unit mounting screws.




4. The two upper retaining screws (1) are located just in front of the upper radiator cross-member.




5. Remove the one lower headlamp unit retaining screw.




6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
7. Separate headlamp unit from vehicle.
