Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove the third row seat from vehicle and place it on a workbench upside down in the folded positionSeat - Removal.
2. Rotate the front inboard leg down to the stow position.
3. Using a flat bladed tool (1), remove the cover (2) from the seat leg.




4. Remove the cable end clip (2) from the front leg (1) by prying up on the base of the clip with a screwdriver or other flat bladed tool (3).




5. Remove the pulley (1) located at the front of the seat.




6. Remove cable eyelet from the spring located on the rear leg at the back of the seat and remove the spring.




7. Using a screwdriver or other flat bladed tool (2), remove the retainer clip that secures the cable housing (1) to the bracket located near the base of the rear leg (3) of the seat.




8. Remove the tie strap (1) that secures the cable housing to the seat and remove the cable out from under the seat (2).
