Removal
6.1L The Inlet Manifold Air Temperature (IAT) sensor (4) is installed into the rubber air intake hose near front of throttle body.
1.
Pull sensor from rubber hose.
2.
Disconnect electrical connector (1) from IAT sensor (2).
3.
Check sensor probe (3) for damage.
4.
Clean dirt from sensor base.
