Power Liftgate Module (PLGM)
B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

- When Monitored:
When a power opening or closing operation is not occurring.
- Set Condition:
Anytime the Power Liftgate Module senses voltage input above 16 volts when a power opening or closing operation is not occurring, this code will set.
1. CHECK POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) DTCs
1. With the scan tool, read PCM DTCs
Are there any Charging or Starting DTCs present?
No
- Go To 2
Yes
- Testing and Inspection Perform the appropriate battery or charging system diagnostic procedure(s).
2. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, record and erase the DTCs.
2. Start the engine and run for two minutes.
3. With the scan tool, read the DTCs.
Does the scan tool display B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH?
Yes
- Replace the Power Liftgate Module.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
No
- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
