Adjustable Quarter Glass - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. On the bench, place the quarter glass bracket (1) with studs facing upward.
2. Install the isolators (6) with collar up on each stud.
3. Install the quarter glass over the bracket studs.
4. Install lock spacer (5) over each stud.
5. Install the glass to the regulator (4) and loosely install the three mounting nuts (3).





6. Carefully place the regulator assembly into the vehicle and align the mounting bolts.
7. Install the regulator mounting nuts. Tighten to 10 N-m (89 in. lbs.).
8. Install the regulator cover and install the eight mounting bolts (2). Tighten to 20 N-m (15 ft. lbs.).
9. Connect the electrical connector and Install the speaker.
10. Install the three speaker mounting screws.
11. Install the outer belt window molding.
12. Install the inner belt window molding.
13. Install the water dams.
14. Install the rear quarter trim panel. Quarter Trim Panel - Installation.
15. Adjust the quarter window as necessary. Adjustments.
