Adjustable Quarter Glass - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Raise the quarter glass to the full up position to aid in removal.
2. Remove the rear quarter trim panel. Quarter Trim Panel - Removal.
3. Remove the water dams from the inner quarter panel.
4. Remove the inner belt window molding, as necessary.
5. Remove the outer belt window molding, as necessary.
6. Remove the three speaker mounting screws.
7. Remove the speaker and disconnect the electrical connector.
8. Remove the eight mounting bolts (2) securing the regulator cover and remove the cover.





9. Remove the regulator mounting nuts.
10. Carefully lift the regulator and quarter glass assembly out of the vehicle and place on a bench.
11. Remove the three quarter glass mounting fasteners (3).
12. Lift the regulator and separate the regulator from the glass.
13. Remove the lock spacers (5) and remove the glass from the bracket (1).
