Front Lamp Unit - Installation






FRONT LAMP UNIT





1. Position the front lamp unit to the front of the vehicle.
2. Reconnect the headlamp and dash wire harness connectors to the back of the lamp housing.
3. Position the front lamp unit into the Front End Module (FEM).
4. Install and tighten the three screws (1) that secure the front lamp unit to the FEM. Tighten the screws securely.





5. Position the front lamp/fascia support bracket and install the 4 retaining bolts (3).
6. Close the hood and align the headlamp unit for proper fit to hood and fender. If necessary, slightly loosen the headlamp mounting fasteners and adjust for proper fit and finish.
7. Reinstall the front fascia.Front Bumper Fascia - Installation.
8. Confirm proper headlamp alignment. Adjustments.
