Fuel Pump Module - Installation

INSTALLATION

Special Tools:










1. Install new fuel pump module O-ring to fuel tank.

CAUTION: The fuel pump module must be installed correctly to prevent damage to the fuel pump module.

2. Line up the fuel pump module mounting tab to the arrow on the fuel tank.





3. Install fuel pump module lock ring.
4. Install fuel pump module lock ring tool and turn clockwise until the fuel pump module lock ring (1) is seated and locked to fuel tank.





5. Connect fuel line (2) quick connect to fuel pump module (3).
6. Connect electrical connector (1) to fuel pump module (3).





7. Install fuel tank, Fuel Tank - Installation.
