Remote Start Antenna - Installation






INSTALLATION

NOTE: Make sure the remote start antenna is positioned the same way noted during the removal procedure.





1. If necessary, pull back the instrument panel insulator to access the remote start antenna cavity located on top of the instrument panel base panel near the driver side.
2. Route the antenna harness through the opening in the instrument panel top near the bottom left edge of the remote start antenna cavity.
3. Place the antenna (2) into the cavity, onto the locating pins and install the mounting screws (1).





4. Route the antenna harness (1) through to the lower steering column opening.
5. Continue routing the antenna harness (1) behind the kneeblocker towards the WIN module (2).





6. Connect the remote start antenna connector (1) from the WIN (2).





7. Install the three fasteners (3) securing the WIN bracket (1) to the instrument panel cover.





8. Install the instrument panel pad Instrument Panel Pad - Installation.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
