Remote Start Antenna - Removal






REMOVAL

WARNING: Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components. Failure to do this may result in serious or fatal injury.





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel pad Instrument Panel Pad - Removal.





3. Remove the three fasteners (3) securing the WIN bracket (1) to the instrument panel cover.
4. Pull the WIN module out enough to access the back of the module.





5. Disconnect the remote start antenna connector (1) from the WIN (2).





6. Remove the remote start antenna retainers (1).
7. Remove the remote start antenna (2), pulling gently on the remote start antenna coaxial cable so not to catch the connector on other harness.
