Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
3.
Remove the nut retaining the heat shield.
4.
Pull the heat shield out to uncover the sensor.
5.
Remove the mounting bolt.
6.
Remove the sensor.
