Second and Third Row Bench Seats






REMOVAL

NOTE:
Three passenger bench seat shown, two passenger bench seat similar.

1. On three passenger bench seats, use trim remover (C-4829A) or equivalent to disengage the push-in fasteners that secure the seat back panel (1) to the seat back frame and remove the panel from the seat (2).

2. On two passenger bench seats, use trim remover C-4829A or equivalent to disengage the push-in fasteners that secure the upper corners and lower edge of the seat back panel to the seat back frame and remove seat back panel by pulling the lower edge out away from the seat to disengage the two upper hooks.





NOTE: Front seat shown, second row bench seat similar.

3. Remove the head restraint from the seat back, .

4. Using pliers, reach up under the seat back and disengage the retaining tab (2) that secures each head restraint sleeve (1 and 3) to the seat back frame.

5. With the retaining tabs disengaged, pinch the retaining barbs (5 and 6) together and push the head restraint sleeves upward and out of the seat back.
