Power Folding Third Row Seats

INSTALLATION






NOTE:
40% seat shown, 60% seat similar.

1. If both recliner hinges are removed, partially install one recliner hinge to the seat pan.

2. Position the torsion bar (1) through the motor and into the recliner hinge.





3. Install the shield (2) to the recliner hinge (1).





4. Position the recliner hinge (5) and install the two screws (6) securing the crosstalk tube protect bracket (4) to the recliner assembly (5).





NOTE:
Left side recliner hinge shown, right side is similar.

5. Install the two lower bolts (2) securing the recliner hinge to the seat pan.

6. Install the two upper bolts (1) securing the recliner hinge to the seat frame.





7. Install the seat back frame shields (1, 2).





8. Position and install the seat back cushion and cover as one piece (1, 2). Do not zip the cover at this time.

9. Install the headrest sleeves.

10. Install the headrest(s).

11. Zip the cover (1, 2).

12. Install the seat back panel.

13. Install the affected third row power folding seat, Seat - Installation.
