Lubricate
    Doors
      Lubricate all locks, hinges, and latches.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Tighten and secure all chassis and underbody bolts and nuts.
Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Check rear hub bearing & clearance.
    Steering
      Check steering wheel and linkage.
    Restraints and Safety Systems
      Check safety belts, buckles and anchors.
    Power Steering Fluid
      Check fluid level and condition, add as necessary. Inspect lines and connections.
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation
      Recommended, but not required, for California vehicles.
    Parking Brake System
    Ignition Timing
      Recommended, but not required, for California vehicles.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check fuel lines and connections.
    Fluid - M/T
      Inspect level and condition. Add fluid as necessary.
    Fluid - A/T
      Check fluid level and condition.
    Exhaust System
      Check exhaust pipes and mountings.
    Drum Brake System
      Inspect drums and linings. More frequent maintanence is required if vehicle is operated in short distance driving, driving on dusty roads or stop and go traffic.
    Disc Brake System
      Inspect pads, discs and calipers.
    Cooling System
      Inspect cooling system hoses and connections.
    Coolant
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check for tearing, cracking or deterioration.
    Clutch Pedal Assembly
      Inspect pedal free-play.
    Brake Pedal Assy
      Check pedal freeplay.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect brake lines and connections, including booster.
    Air Filter Element
      More frequent maintenance is required if driving in dusty conditions. Recommended, but not required, for California vehicles.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Engine Oil
    Drive Belt
      Replace generator, power steering and A/C belts, as equipped.
    Clutch Fluid
    Brake Fluid
      Change the brake/clutch fluid every 14,400 km (9,000 miles) or 9 months, which comes first, if the vehicle is mainly driven under severe conditions: - driving in hilly or mountainous terrain, or - driving in heavy city traffic
