3A Checking For Fuel Fouled Spark Plugs

1. Remove spark plugs and check tips for wet fuel.
2. If tips are dry, proceed to Test 4. Spark plugs may be black after engine is started cold.
3. If spark plugs are wet with fuel, clean and reinstall. Do not replace spark plugs.
