Fig. 7 Fast idle cam position adjustment:

1. With fast idle adjusting screw contacting second highest step on fast idle cam, move choke valve toward closed position with light pressure on choke shaft lever.
2. Insert the specified size drill or gauge between choke valve and air horn wall. An adjustment will be necessary if a slight drag is not obtained as drill or gauge is being removed, Fig. 7.
3. If adjustment is not as specified, adjust by bending tang on throttle lever.
