15A Fault Code 42 Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay

Red Logic Module Connector:

1. Turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect red connector from logic module.
2. Connect a voltmeter between cavity 17 of connector and ground, then turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter reads within one volt of battery voltage, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module, check the terminal in cavity No. 17 of the red connector to make sure it is not crushed causing a poor connection.
4. If voltmeter indicates no voltage, proceed to Test 15 step B.
