4B Speed Control Power Circuit

1. Turn the ignition switch to the Off position.
2. Connect a voltmeter between ground and the X-30 dark blue/red wire of the speed control switch harness connector.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the speed control switch connector.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the On position.
4. If the voltmeter is reading within one volt of battery voltage, proceed to Test 4, Step C.
5. If voltmeter is reading 0, repair the X-30 dark blue/red wire for an open circuit to the fuse box.
