B Speed Control System Resume Circuit

1. Turn the ignition switch to the Off position.
2. Disconnect the 60-way connector and connect a voltmeter between ground and the X-33 white/light green wire in cavity No. 7 of the 60-way connector.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the speed control switch connector.
3. Turn the ignition switch On and press the resume switch.
4. If the voltmeter is reading battery voltage, replace the SMEC.
NOTE: Before replacing the SMEC, check the X-33 terminal in cavity No. 7 of the 60-way connector for an open circuit to the speed control switch.
5. If the voltmeter is reading 0, repair the X-33 white/light green wire of cavity No. 7 of the 60-way connector for an open circuit to the speed control switch.
