SERVICE MANUAL REVISION
The recommended positions to be used when measuring oil pump rotor clearances have been revised.
Attached is an illustration showing the proper position to be used when measuring oil pump rotor drive gear clearances. Also attached is an illustration showing the proper position to be used when measuring oil pump driven gear clearance.
These corrected illustrations should be inserted into the appropriate service manuals as follows:
