10 Checking Injector Control System For Fault Codes

1. Connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector, then turn ignition switch to Run position,
2. If display shows a blank screen, proceed to problems and error messages.
3. If display does not show a blank screen, read and record fault data, erase faults, start engine for 7 seconds, then read faults again.
4. If display reads ``No Response,'' proceed to Test 11.
5. If diagnostic read-out reads ``No Faults,'' proceed to Test 15.
6. If display reads ``Coolant Voltage High'' and ``TPS Voltage High,'' locate and repair wire to terminal No. 4 of 60-way connector for open circuit, then proceed to Test 16.
7. If display reads ``IGN Reference Signal,'' proceed to Test 12.
8. If display reads ``ASD Relay Circuit,'' proceed to Test 13.
9. If display reads ``FJ2 Voltage Sense,'' proceed to Test 14.
