Intermittent Limp-in/Fault Codes
An intermittent limp-in/fault codes condition can be caused by poor electrical connections to any of the input/output devices used by the controller. Make sure all of the connections are tight and there are no bent terminals in the connectors.
Chrysler has two repair kits available in the event that the harness connector for the speed sensors or solenoid assembly are damaged. The part numbers are listed below.
Solenoid harness repair kit ............ 4419476
Speed sensor harness repair kit .... 4419478
NOTE:
The most common codes related to this problem are: 21-27, 31-33, 36-39, 41-44 and 50-58.
