A. ONE-WAY CLUTCH INSTALLATION

Press in the one-way clutch so the gauge part of the one-way clutch is in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure.




B. WAVED WASHER INSTALLATION

Install so the concave (indented) part of the waved washer is on the outer race side.




C. RIVET INSTALLATION

Using a punch, caulk the rivet by pressing.

NOTE: Use a punch with a tip with a 60 ° angle. Caulk the rivet surely with a load of 11,000 - 13,000 Nm (2,425 - 2,866 lbs.).
