Adjustment

CASTER

The caster angle on these vehicles cannot be adjusted.

CAMBER

To adjust camber, loosen cam and through bolts. Rotate upper cam bolt to move top of wheel in or out to achieve specified camber angle. Torque cam bolt nut to 75 ft. lbs. plus an additional 1/4 turn.

TOE-IN

To adjust toe-in, center steering wheel and hold in position with a suitable tool. Loosen tie rod locknuts and rotate rod to adjust toe-in to specifications. Use care not to twist steering gear rubber boots. Torque tie rod locknuts to 55 ft. lbs. Adjust position of steering gear rubber boots. Remove steering wheel holding tool.
