Transmitter Does Not Activate Locks or Trunk Release

TRANSMITTER WILL NOT LOCK OR UNLOCK DOORS OR ACTIVATE THE TRUNK RELEASE LATCH.

(1) Check that the receiver has power and ground.

(2) If the RKE still doesn't function. Check the voltage across the two, 3 Volt batteries in the transmitter. If less than 6 Volts is measured, replace the batteries.

(3) If the system still does not work, replace the transmitter.
