Refer to Brake Rotor/Disc/Specifications for parallelism specifications.

1. Using a suitable micrometer, measure rotor at 12 equally spaced points at a radius approximately one inch from edge of disc.
2. If measurements exceed specifications and rotor cannot be machined, replace it.
3. If measurements exceed specifications and rotor can be machined, resurface it.
4. Inspect parallelism. If measurements still exceed specifications, replace rotor.
