Wiper Switch: Testing and Inspection
Fig.63 Intermittent Wiper Switch Test:

Disconnect switch wires from body wiring in steering column. Using a suitable ohmmeter, test for continuity between terminals of switch as shown.
2.
When testing switch the first position is OFF, the next six are delay wipe. Low is the next detent, and high is full counterclockwise detent position.
