Creaking Noise or Exterior Noise from Back of Cab

NOTE:

NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A STANDARD CAB ONLY.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Exterior noise inside vehicle and/or sheetmetal creaking type noise. Cracks noticed in cab back either horizontal or vertical.

DIAGNOSIS:

With vehicle on a hoist using a strong light, shine light up between cab and bed. If cracks are noted on lower portion of either side of cab, proceed with repair procedure.
