Transmission ID

The only automatic transmission available on this vehicle is a 47RH. It is a 4 speed automatic, hydraulically controlled transmission. It also has a computer control over-ride based upon driver selected switch input. Some models are also equipped with a lock-up torque converter that also has a computer control over-ride, based upon inputs from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
