DISCUSSION:

Replacement heater - A/C control knobs have been released for service. Previously they were only available with the complete unit.

The control knob can be removed by pulling it outward. There is a built-in interference point that must be overcome with steady pulling pressure. The new knob can be installed by pushing inward over the interference point. Ensure that the knob is fully seated.
