Transmission Identification Tag Location:

Transmission type is identified by a three letter code which may be found in several places as follows;

- On a label attached to the transaxle case, next to the solenoid assembly

- On the body code plate, attached to the top of the radiator closure panel in the engine compartment, (line 1, Digit Boxes 40, 41, AND 42).
