Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

NOTE: There is no regularly scheduled maintenance on any Chrysler catalytic converter. If damaged, the converter must be replaced.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Heated oxygen sensor connector
2. Front exhaust pipe
3. Gasket
4. Catalytic converter
5. Gasket
6. Reverse procedure to install

INSPECTION
Inspect for damage, cracking or deterioration. Replace the catalytic converter if obvious damage is found.
