Completion Reporting and Reimbursement / Parts Return
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record notification service completions and provide dealer payments.Use one of the labor operation numbers and time allowances as shown.
UNSOLD VEHICLES:
Add the cost of the parts package plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim. In addition, enter "VIDEO" in the Part Number section of your claim with a quantity of 1 (one). Enter $5.00 WITH NO MARK UP for additional VIDEO part handling reimbursement. The additional $5.00 is reimbursement for placing the video package in the vehicle.
