B. Bolt Replacement





1. With the third seat assembly already flipped up remove the two (2) seat belt anchor bolts (Figure 3).

2 Remove the eight (8) seat track-to-seat riser nuts (Figure 1).

3. Remove the seat tracks from the seat risers and set aside.

NOTE:
Be careful not to move the seat track release lever when removing the track assemblies. The seat tracks may get out of synchronization.

4. Remove the six (6) seat riser-to-seat assembly bolts (Figure 1).

NOTE:
If the head of an old bolt is broken, or breaks during removal, the threaded portion of the bolt can be removed by using locking pliers.

5. Install the provided seat riser-to-seat assembly bolts. Torque to 37.5 ft-lbs (51 Nm).

6. Install the seat tracks on the seat risers. Torque the nuts to 37.5 ft-lbs (51 Nm).

7. Install the seat belt anchor bolts. Torque to 29 ft-lbs (39 Nm).

8. Return the third seat to its normal position and latch the seat to the floor anchors.

9. Unlatch the middle seat from the floor anchors and flip the seat up so that the bottom is visible.

10. Remove the eight (8) seat riser-to-seat assembly bolts.

NOTE:
If the head of an old bolt is broken, or breaks during removal, the threaded portion of the bolt can be removed by using locking pliers.

11. Install the provided bolts. Torque to 37.5 ft-lbs (51 Nm).

12. Return the seat to its normal position and latch the seat to the floor anchors.
