1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the two screws that secure the heater- A/C control bezel to the instrument panel.
3. Unplug the wire harness connectors from the control bezel-mounted switches and the cigar lighter.
4. Remove the control bezel unit from the instrument panel.
5. Remove the screws that secure the heater-A/C control to the instrument panel.
6. Pull the control out from the instrument panel far enough to unplug the wire and vacuum harness connectors.
7. Disconnect the temperature control cable and remove the heater-A/C control unit from the instrument panel.
8. Reverse the removal procedures to install.
