Front Door Window Regulator

The content of this article reflects changes called for in TSB 26-05-98.

REMOVAL

1. Remove door trim panel. Doors
2. Remove inner belt weatherstrip. Service and Repair
3. Remove waterdam. Doors
4. Loosen bolts attaching lower front glass run channel to door inner panel.
5. Remove door glass.
6. Disconnect regulator wire harness.

7. Remove screws attaching window regulator to door inner panel.
8. Remove window regulator from door.

INSTALLATION

1. Position window regulator in door.
2. Install screws attaching window regulator to door inner panel.
3. Install door glass.
4. Tighten bolts attaching lower front glass run channel to door inner panel.
5. Connect regulator wire harness, if equipped.
6. Install waterdam. Doors
7. Install inner belt weatherstrip. Service and Repair
8. Install door trim panel. Doors
