Adapter I.D Tag:

A round, identification tag is attached to the rear extension. The tag provides the adapter model number, assembly number, serial number, and ratio.

The adapter serial number also represents the date of build. For example, a serial number of 9-10-93 would represent September 10, 1996.

The NV 021 PTO adapter provides power take-off capability for BR truck models with an automatic transmission. The adapter is an option on 2-wheel drive 2500 & 3500 models.
