Intake Manifold Torque Specifications
LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Tighten intake manifold end seal retainer screws to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
2. Torque lower intake manifold bolts and to 1 Nm (10 in. lbs.). Then torque bolts to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.) in sequence shown. Then torque again to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD
Tighten intake manifold bolts to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.) following torque sequence shown.
