Intake Manifold
Torque intake manifold gasket end seal retainer screws to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
Torque intake manifold bolts in several steps using sequence shown.
- Step 1: torque to 1 Nm (10 in. lbs.).
- Step 2: torque to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
- Step 3: torque again to 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
Torque intake manifold bolts to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.) following the torque sequence shown.
