SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORT WI ON/OFF SWITCH (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
When the ignition is ON, the ACM monitors the resistance of the Passenger Squib circuits.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected low resistance in the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- ON/OFF switch, PAB line 1 shorted to line 2
- Shorted PAB circuits between ON/OFF switch and passenger airbag module
- DTC active with PAB in OFF position only
- Passenger airbag module shorted
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2
- ACM, PAB airbag circuit shorted
